Enable HTML

How will I disable bbcode and enable html in topics which i choose. If I choose the options for the two, I can see it how I want on my preview but once I post it, it just shows what I wrote down. This is a example topic http://jams.forum.st/wii-f24/pokepark-wii-t332.htm#7028 I can't just get it to show in html

ok thanks, but isn't there any way I can set the prefences to the default that I choose. I would like everybody to be able to see html by default.
