How do I set group auto subscribe for genders?

I have created my forum with a male and female group. I want them to be auto subscribed into the appropriate group based on their gender. For example, they register (i made it mandatory for users to input gender upon registering) once their account is activated I want them to be assigned into the male or female group automatically... How will I go about this without having to manually set users into their appropriate gender group?

Sorry not possible unless you do this or they go to the group and request to join the group.

Yeah I tried to figure this out as much as possible, I even tried to set a 10 post requirement until they are auto subscribed into one of the groups, but that just makes them join both groups... I hope there is more features added to the auto subscribe option, this would be extremely helpful.
