Cant we create a free site without forumotion.com at last like a free site but having features of forums like here and some chan

hyyy team i m new to these forums and HTML...i don't know any info...i just have a forum from forumotion...n i edit time n again by the tips and tricks here....but i have seen many sites like...www.mig33fans.com www.mig33forums.com or www.forumansion.com which has its unique domain or site name nd has the same funciton as of forums of forumotion....but we have to bear www...darbb or formulation.com..??can't we create www.mig33nepal.com like these..and power these forum like in site and make some changes in homepage...etc..frens...i will be waiting for the replay thank you

sorry sir it has not been 24hour since my last post but i am about to reply to you...sir i got forumotion site with www.nepali-mig33.darkbb.com and i have seen many sites like www.forumasion.com or sth like that which dont have darkbb.com or forumation.com at last but they are also powered by forumotion.com and have similar types of forum system and i want to know if we can also create a site with our own unique name ..mean just with .com at last...without using darkbb.com or sth...sorry for my english
