Cannot change settings in admin panel

Hello. I'm WinxClubCenter. I wonder why I cannot change settings in Administration Panel. I wanted to create a new forum for releases, but it isn't working. I've even tried using all browser, but it isn't working. What is the problem? Please tell me, I need help! My forum is http://winxclubcenter.nstars.org

Nope, the tutorial doesn't work. And also, I didn't get any error message. I also got use other account (Also admin) to edit it but nothing happen. I've also created another forum trying to edit but nothing happen. Help please? :3

I've tried to create new forum (you know, I mean like the Categories & forums), all set, but when I clicked save, it teleport me to Adminstration Panel homepage, without the settings (like viewable for who, admin, moderator, etc). I've just installed javascript but nothing happen.

javascript for what? I don't really understand what are you doing. You don't need to install anything to add forums.

I thought its javascript problem D: Anyway, I told my friend to do it, she said can save changes while I cannot save changes... Whats the problem? :3
