Special Privileges for members

How do you give special privileges to a group of members? Ex. I wanted to make a group of Co-Admins on my forum, but I don't know how to give them access to the admin panel or moderation powers. Help?

You would go to Group Administration, and create a new group. Name is "Co-Admins". Then edit the colors and whatnot and click save. Then go back to the group administration and instead of click "edit" click the "permissions" button on the side of the Co-Admins bar. Then just check "Is Moderator" on the side of all of your forums. I don't know how to give them access to the Admin panel, but that's how to let them moderate everything.
