can some one give me a code for a free one or help me get one and how do you get it into registering ?

Recaptcha is a good one... i dont know how to put it in the signup though

That page isn't for CAPTCHA in specific. That's about adding a completely new registration page. Not just adding a CAPTCHA to the already existing registration page, which is what I'm trying to do.

i need one too....... but every one is giving me a not working link or a wrong captcha.

Also need help with this. I followed the instructions as described above, but the redirect URL is greyed out for me. Why is it greyed out?
