Solved NavBar Buttons

Hi,
I wanted to know how to remove the spacing between the buttons of the NavBar. I also want to know template I should add my Images' OnMouseOver and OnMouseOut attributes because the NavBar Image in Pics Management allows only one Image.

I got the second part, but there is still a gap between two consecutive buttons. How can i solve this one? I've seen in many forums the NavBar is like one long bar. I want to make it like.

Well I have seen in many forums that the NavBar is one single long bar, so I thought it'd be something simple but I guess it's the Simplest things that are most complicated!
