Control Panel For Users Undoing Problem

So i messed up while trying to use this tutorial. I messed up on this step:

Just replace URL_GOES_HERE with your forum's url, but remember, do not place the forward slash at the end. ie. http://forumname.com , not http://forumname.com/ .

And, I clicked it twice accidentally when saving, s now I have to of them, and the title is:

Control Panel.

How do I undo everything?
