I was making a blog at the same time as a forum.. I went to purchase credits to get rid of ads on my forum but done it on my blog by mistake...
Who do I contact about getting a refund so that I can purchase them again on the correct account?
I have unique transaction ID from paypal, where do I get help for this as there are no support emails anywhere on the main website, ty.

you should have enough post in now.
Like sanket said he is on vacation right now and he will be the only one that can transfer for them for yopu.

I think he will be back this Monday.. but you may have to give him a couple days to recive it considering he will probably have a lot of messages to go through when he first gets back.

So who do I PM now? Can somebody (a mod) contact the admin as you would regularly because obviously its next to impossible for me to actually contact them.

What kinda bullshit is that? How are they not related when it's supplied by the same person, I demand you set up a refund or I'll be filling a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and paypal to get my money back, this is absolutely ridiculous after taking this long to get a pathetic reply like that.

Well i am sure all of this is in the tos when purchasing credits?
honestly i do not know because i have never bought any from forumotion.
But if that is the message you got then it simply means that blogs and forums are different and you can not transfer any credits from a blog to a forum or from a forum to a blog.

Typlo is the only one that can answer this and you did not state if that was a message from him..So we have answered all we can on this inquiry. you just have to contact typlo or put a compliant in if you want to. But us support staff have nothing to do with any payments or refunds so i will now lock this thread.
