Chat/Recent Topics problem

Hey everyone, I seem to be having some issues with not only my site, but other forumotion sites. It seems that the chatbox and the recent topics widget is not loading as it should and the chatbox is showing an unresponsive blank screen. Anyway, I thought this was a computer failure or internet failure on my part, but I had confirmation from several other people that the problem is not just with me and is not just with my site.

The same with my forum TTT^TTT

- Chatbox error,

- Announcement Scrolling Error,

- Can't Edit in Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Profiles (every one of those things, you won't see those things)

I think this has been a usual bug I'm seeing on most forums and it's most of the problem with the refreshing of the page or on the internet/browser.

Try Clearing cache , It may help in refreshing the forums page.
