Help with Phpbb 3 theme

Alright well I have a Mac and downloaded a Phpbb 3 theme. I want to upload it as my theme for my forum, but for some reason every time i hit choose file/upload it won't work. Why is that?

The only file -type you can upload on ForuMotion forums is .bbt, also called BBTheme. this isn't a format used elsewhere, hence your problem.
you will have to manually adapat/install the theme you want

Hitskin was precisely created to allow ForuMotion forumers to have access to a wide range of different themes

could you guide me on how to do this? THis is what i downloaded.

You have to know CSS and manually recode and replace the images. There's not really a specific way of doing it.

Sir/ma'am kindly put some coolest skin for forum? like vBulletin designs..
