e.Content Lock protects under 18s from accessing 18+ content, unmoderated user generated sites and illegal content. To remove content lock, you will need to prove your age as above 18, using any one of the following methods:
To access interactive websites such as Youtube and social networking sites such as Twitter, text MODERATE to 879. To prevent children from accessing these sites text STRICT to 879.
Call 1818 and provide your credit card details.
Visit My T-Mobile (click here to login) and Remove Content Lock under the 'My Phone' menu.
Bring in your proof of age at any T-Mobile stor

Re: Age problem
Ban him, or shoot him, which ever's easier for you
If someone official had something to tell you: You'd receive a message inside your Admin Panel or an e-mail

Can't he just exit out of the message? There might be some time of popup message that you added to the homepage message area of the forum.

Re: Age problem
whats your forums link?
other then that just tell him to ignore the message it sounds like a scam.
I mean there are some adult sites which you do have to provide your credit card for age verification only. but most sites are only obligated to have a content warning and by entering the site your are stating your an adult 18 or over
But what ever the case forumotion forums do not even allow adult/pornographic content on forumotion forums anyway so it's surly not anything from forumotion.
but i need would to see the message come up,where it is coming up and how' to better understand whats going on? Ask him to provide some screen shots and what page it is happening on.

Re: Age problem
Just looks like a certain phone service misreading Forumotion as above 18 content. He'll have to contact the phone company about it.
