Data Base of my forum

I don't really know if this is the right session but here we go...

I want to know if can I get the database of my forum direct of my control painel?!
Its because we get a partner and we moving server to payed server, so, I want request a download of database, I dont wanna loose anything

Somebody help me? GM? Admin maybe?
