Register Problem

Hello People are trying to Register for My Forum And It Says: " Adminsators Has Forbidden New Members" How Can I Fix This?

Go to ACP - General - Forum - Configuration - Forum in construction : No
Or ACP - Users & Groups - Users options - Allow new members : Yes

That Didnt Work..... Go to my forum and click register it Says:

"Administrators have forbidden any new members."

It Wont Work For Some Reason Can A owner Of Forum Motions Fix This Please?

did you tried ACP - General - Forum - Configuration - Forum in holiday : no

This error message comes when he's turned accept new member off, you need to go to ACP - Users & Groups - Users options - Allow new members : Yes as gangsta said
