How to add a blog section

Hello Everyone!

I want to know how to add a blog section like the other forums where they have a blog and a forum section at the same time. Please help!

Go to

Admin Panel> General

Now when you make a new section you have 3 options. A forum, a caregory, and a blog. Make sure you create a blog.

Blogs will appear to be purple in the Admin panel

When making a new section of the forum, just hit the green plus sign. There will be apart of the information that says "Choose the kind of forum you want :" Make sure you select blog.

I have already setup my forum and I am looking for a different page for the forum. I cannot see an option to create a blog on General.

Then your problem is with the settings

Admin Panel> Modules> then look off to the left and you will see a section that says :blogs".

Select the option that says configuration. The it will bring up a new page and you will have the option to " activate blog" Make sure that this says yes. then save it. Then repeat the steps I told you in my last post.
