How do you center your banner, buy credits, can limit how big somone's signature can be?

Hello. I have a few questions. First off, how do I move my banner, center it? Also, where can you set a limit for how big someone's signature/how many images/ and making sure people don't add videos to there signatures?Thank you very much!

Certainly not!  So this is why it is important to use titles [b]related to your problem/question[/b].  Doing this makes the researches much easier for visitors who use the search engine to get an answer to their question.

The signature, thing thats not possible.

I copied this code from another post, but I haven't tried it out. I don't know if it would help with vid.

That only works for phpbb2 i suppose. Also, that is just for resizing images.

You must be having the word buy in your code. Just replace the word buy, with something else & it shall work.

But.. the page is buying books. LOL

You have the word "buy" in "buying"
Change "buy" to "purchasing" or you may use this, make note to misuse this
