Solved User not be able to post

I have set the permission to memebers but yet when a user tried to post its saying only admistrators are allowed to post. Is this because my forum is on holiday as it now? I checked all the permission via the + sign on each forum and seems fine but not sure if there is another button I havent ticked yet to enable them to post.

Yes, if its on holiday he will not be able to post.
