Who is Online, yes in the Administration Panel (1st page)
And Who is Offline : no but it's the opposit of Who is Online, no ?

The Online/Offline function is not available, but therre is a suggestion in the French board.

But in your stats, you can see who are online. The administrator can see the hidden members (who had choosen to hide their online presence in their profile), their name is in italic.
