Cant change username!!

i cant change my username!i want to change it to kiaral2004!
when i try to, it says i cant suscribe, please contact adminastrator. please help!

go to ACP/Users and groups/Find your name

Then change it through the administration control panel.

Are you admin? If not, you have to contact an admin to change your name for you.

i am the admin.

Did you try it via admin panel?
or by profile?
