I noticed that this forum has the option to enlarge images. How can this be done on a PHPBB2 forum?

Go to the General >> Messages and Email: Configuration

Then put a number of pixels in Image Resize option
Put a certain number of pixels in both width and height

It will also keep the proportions of the images inserted
