Donation button to replace Portal??

How do I put a donation button the paypal donation button in place of the portal button. I deleted the portal and I don't want the icon there anymore on the Navigation/Header. How do you delete that and usergroups off of there?

Admin>>Display>>Pictures and Colors>>Pics Management >> Advanced>>Usergroups>>Erase the Pic URL out of there>> Save!

This will only work with certain forums. If you already have nothing in the code box you can erase it.

Go to Display >> Then to Headers & Navigation >> Scroll down and find the add customized menu >> Provide a menu name, for example donation then provide a picture, text and the redirection url or the link of the contribution page like for example http://webname/donate.forum >> Aftherthat you may now save

No, I tried this and it didn't work. I'm trying to put the paypal button on there so it redirects to my paypal account so they can put donations in there for the forum and I want the paypal button in the header and I tried and it's not working. And I can't remove some of the buttons for the header I don't want like usergroups, portal, and calendar

The donation link found at the bottom of your forum is a link to forumotion and i think you cannot redirect it to your paypal account. instead make your own link by going to

2. Admin Panel>Display>Templates>General>overall_footer. look for the donation link and replace with your paypal code or you can retain the donation link and put the code after. Did you not read my original post? I want to put the paypal donation button on my navigation/header!

The only way is if you create a personal PayPal account and create a button for it and place it on widget of the Portal.

I only said the link...

But anyways as Mario said you can paste the HTML CODE you wrote above in your widget

To add a widget

Please go to Admin Panel >> Modules >> Portal Management >> Structure >> Scroll down and click the link create a widget >> Then paste the code to the HTML page

Note that you must provide first a Widget Title or name before you save this...
