Image Error on the No Limits Forum

Hello I have custom images for my navigation, although the Profile Image work the other day, but for some reason today it just will not show up on the main site, however on the Admin Panel it does show up,
What has happened please?

I can see the navigation bar fine.

No The Navigation far is fine, but there is only one Image missing unless I go into the Portal section of my forum to see the Profile navigation button, because The Profile Navigation button use to be on top, but for some reason now you can only see it in the Portal!

To be honest, i don't see it on the forum nor the portal.
