Solved Copyrighted Forum

Ok, I've this site since the 2nd of june if i remember correctly and now i'm being threatend of being banned off another forum as my site is COPYRIGHTED and is ILLEGAL? I really am not sure how and in once sence scared that my forum is going to be removed, i really dont want to change the name.
Also i have seen that there is lots of people with the name iGraphics on google? But apparantley its still illegal, here the proof of this :

Basically i need proof that its not illegal from a Admin or Mod to proove that my site is not illegal Razz.

It's not illegal. If it was, forumotion wouldn't let you name your forum iGraphics.
