Solved Credits for storage and credits for Time

I have spent credits of storage. But I have never spent credits for time. Why would I spend credits for time. I just don't understand what this time is for? I am completely confused. Please explain the Add Time selection in Credit Management - Spend credits - Storage - Add Type (Time). I understand Storage.

Time for which you want that storage space to be available.
