Forum hack&solen

I have a problem,i dont know who to turn to and im scared!
My forum was hacked and deleted from my account but i was online and i reseted but they stole my name,forum addess,theme.background,nav,banner ect!
There forum is www.cpfangang.darkbb.com (my old address)
Mine is www.clubpenguingang.net (or aka www.cpfanganglover.darkbb.com i have to chanage)
Everything was gone i have been hacked 5 times possible by the same person i banned 2 IP,S and today i got a threatning pm on my forum saying i had stolen there banner witch i had not and said they where going to report me to forumotion! Same with the backgroud,thats on tinypic becuase i made it on paint!
My theme that i made is on Hitskin for everyoen to use but not to use against me!
Can my forum be deleted becuase of this hooligen?

They changed my password on there!
I keep resetting my password and have kept it at a hard one!
But everyday i get 2 unknown guests with diffrent IP,s and they are very starnge! I have banned 4 IP,s but members are scared about getting infected ect!
They are threatning me on my own designs should i just forget about that pm??
Like i said the design is on hitskin soo, but can you talk to the admin of www.cpfangang,darkbb.com for 1.stealing domain 2. deleting my forum 3.stealing images ect

Oh,ok i forgot my password but i remember,but a user still as stolen art work hack and delted my forum(its up and running now)
