I tried to add a background image, but the image only appears in the control panel. I also tried to color code admins as red, but it only appeared as red in the control panel.

Oh, the admin group is hidden. Make it closed.

Also, check the CSS and see if anything is blocking the image upload thing. CSS comes first before the image setup.
