Why Is Dirty Codez Banned

OK A few weeks ago after sending reports to online garudian my clans site pops up as unbanned so we took care of everything against the terms of service and i get on the next day its banned i was like wow so i email online gaurdian countless times asking why its rebanned and to give me a reply nothing and they dont have any live people for you to talk to so im coming here asking for help is there a way yall can overide the ban because it does not violate any terms of service and its a very large commintys for kids like me to come home from school and just chill and i would greatly appreciate if someone would reply to this and/or send me a email at Staff@TheUnseenCoders.Com And The Link To The Forum Is DirtyCodez.Com Or http://dirty.forumotion.net/

If you have not received a reply, your forum is permanently gone.

I know The forums not deleted because it was banned for awile then showed up one day unbanned then after completely cleaning up the forum it gets banned

Your forum sounds like it contains something that it shouldn't anyways ....

i know it does were a clan from socom but i promise you theres nothing against terms of service i read the terms of service the day it popped back up and deleted everything against it and since online gaurdian is just a bot how is it supposed to get unbanned theres no actual people there i suggest that forumotion start being more acountable for the sites the ban or at least have live people doing the banning so if theres a error like this it can be simpler to resolve to me this seems very poor on forumotions part

Something in that list must be on that forum, maybe you don't know about it? I'm sorry that your favorite forum is unable to get on, but I'm sure you'll find another fourm for you to chill out on after school. I know if I lost the website I go on after school I would be like Ughhh. xD

wat i love is no matter how many reports i send about a site that has a direct link to crack version to photoshop cs5 nothing gets done about it

I assure you, there IS a human being behind it, and they are working on tackling all the complaints.
Your forum is banned due to a violation of either; Morals & Ethics, or the ToS.
Once Online Gardian has banned it, it's gone for good, there is no way to get it back - EVER.

As far as your forum goes.
you will not be shut down. then re-opend then shut down again.
Forumotion will sometimes send you a message in your admin panel telling you that your forum has violations and to remove all content in a certain amount of time or the forum will be shut down.. but they are not going to shut it down then re-open it for you to remove content then shut it down again.

If this is the case then you need to contest this to onlineguardain. if they do not reply then there is nothing that forumotion can do about this because it is no longer a forumotion issue nor dose it any longer have anything to do with forumotion.. when onlinegurdian steps in it is then out of forumotions hands.

Now as far as this fiorum link you posted.. i do not know if that is a crack version or not on the photoshop because you have to register on the other forum to get it. but it sounds like it is and even if it's not a crack version and one you have to buy.. the forum is still in violation for removeing the footer and fabracating a fake copyright footer as well.

And the person thinks he is funny and clearly states the footer is fake and feels because he dose not have the photochaop crack link on that forum then his forum is safe..

HAHAH well think again.. it dose not matyter if it's not on his forum or not.. if it is still leading to a link that is illeagel and they are knowingly posting this link on there forum then they are in violation.

thats like saying a forumotion forum may not have any pornagraghic images on there forum but they have links that lead to it.. no you can not have links that lead to anything that would otherwise be a violation on your forum is indeed in violation.

So you can report this forum to forumotion litigation and i am also going to make a report of both of those forums just for him being a wise ass and knowing he is comiting violations and altering forumotions footer, removeing all the links that must remain there and fabracting his own fake non copyrighted footer.

But as far as your forumn there is nothing that forumnotion can do for you.. all you can do is contest this to onlinegurdian
