it sounds I receive 2 article but how to see it?

the forum always need a rule to make no junker,fightning,spammer and another else.but I am not an experienced admin,where can I get common forum rule example?

Is member (nod mod,supmod,or admin) can close his/her thread his/herself?

how to make a forum without post count?

Make your members lock their own threads?
That's kinda impossible, they will be able to lock others, too. They will also be able to ban members & unlock locked topics.

But, anyway, do it here:

Note that you will have to make a group, with AutoSubscribe 0 named members.
