I only came to contact support. Why make me post multiple posts in a forum, to be allowed to contact support?

I'm not sure why you're requiring me to make 2 posts to be allowed to contact an admin here. I have a serious problem with my forum and need to get on with having it resolved, and yet I'm having to jump through many hoops without need, or reason that I can understand. I didn't come seeking to join a forum. I want to contact support. Yet you are making me post in a forum without desire or bonafide reason to be doing so.
So my question is: why can't I just click a link - at my forum, I would think- which says "contact support? (and so just type a pm to support?)

Because there are no full-time support agents for forumotion. Their support community is user-driven, and most of the users can help you answer and solve any problem you might have. There is no "support" that will receive a PM, so that isnt needed.
The post requirement is in place so spammers have to jump through hoops to spam this forum (or so I assume). If you want to get two posts quickly, just go to the general discussion section and introduce yourself and tell everyone how you found forumotion. Its not too hard

The 2 post thing before being able to pm is to prevent spammers from directly sending spam messages to a user, also, about what you've pm'ed to Luky, it's a support question which can be done on the support sections, in other words, we ignore support questions sent on pm to us. Don't also post e-mails on public.

The support sections -> https://help.forumotion.com/support-forum-c1/
Do you think that we/support staff members can answer all the questions asked by members in the support sections immideatly? We're voluntary staffs and not paid so we're not obliged to be online for 12 hours straightly, every now and then etc. etc. Please understand.
