Need Forum Deleted To free up email address

Hello I've been on this topic for quite sometime now and I'm getting slightly frustrated with the situation. I've pm'd moderators, filed a complaint. All I need is a forum deleted that is registered under my email address or access to that forum, so that I can have use of the email address on this site.

The person who is in charge of the website currently has barred me from the site purposely so that I may not access my account information and retrieve the ability to free up my email address, he is refusing me access to my identity basically, and is holding it under false pretenses. I would like to basically at this point just have the forum removed from e-mail address so that I may create a fresh forum, or I would like access to the forum so that I may rename it and just scrap and restart. He has no right to hold my email address and personal account from me for any reason what so ever.

well it would be the same problem except for the fact that I'm barred from the account, my screen name is completely gone, and I have no way of retrieving my name and password to my website, and I have lost the ability to free up my email address. I know the process is as simple as that, but the fact that I"m being restricted access to my account, makes it difficult. Can you help me please?

I left the account for a period of time and I had my friend look after it, I told him he could do whatever he wanted to do with it, I didn't care, but eventually I would need it again for stuff, now he is restricting me access to it, and I'm unable to get it.

The person who is holding the account from me is registered as JDEV97 on here, and he is registered as the primary account holder on my forum

All I'm asking is that I obtain access to my account so that I may have my forum returned to me, so I can proceed with what I'm going to do with my account.

there is nothing much you could do. You gave away the forum, just ask the admin of the forum to delete that email address.

he is refusing to do so and he has no right to keep from using my own email address. I'm not created a new email just for this specific purpose, I use one email for everything, because I'm very busy. I'm requesting that he relinquish his information and allow me access so that may get my account back. Is there anything you can't to to that affect.

That link you posted isn't going to help.. he took my name and changed the email address to send stuff to on it, he changed the password, and made it his own account I have no way at all of even getting on the forum. He complete switched and deleted my account.

If he deleted your account, then how is your email being used?

the account on the forum, he took his name and switched it with mine, so I became him and he became me, then he deleted the one that wasn't the head admin account, and made my admin name his. The forum is still there, and still is using my email address, it sounds very confusing I know, I apologize.

All I'm trying to do is get to the bottom of this mess and have my email address freed up so that I can use my own email address, and not have someone else basically impersonating me. I hope this helps clear some of the vaugness up

it would work it had the information I needed. He can't withhold my email address from me that's identity theft

because the forum is registered under my email address, the forum is actually my forum, that I let him borrow while I went off and was busy with school... now he is restricting access to me, and all I want is my email address removed from your records so that I can use it for myself and my own forum

MarkHouseMD may I recommend that next time you are going away that you promote someone to administrator rank. What you have done now is given someone your forum. You can appeal to their emotions and get them to change the email, but the likelihood of you regaining ownership of the forum is unlikely.

When Typlo gets back to you please be polite, remember this is not his doing and his powers of administration are not unlimited. This is a grey are and there is possibility that you are trying to scam a forum from someone.

There is no identity theft, you willingly gave him permission to use your account, if there is any written documentation in form of informal or formal contract about the subject I would suggest getting an unedited screenshot uploaded and ready to be linked to as proof for Typlo.

ok i have get what you are saying. your forum was set up by you and the account was hanned over to a friend on the site now he is blocking your account...

ok did you give him your name and password to the Forum utilities ?
if so then there is nothing that can be done.

The only thing you can do is ask Typlo the admin here to remove your Email address from the database.

By low this site and any other site can not hold data with out your say so.

That's exactly all I'm trying to do, I'm not a hacker or anything by any means, I'm not into that, I value my pharmacy tech license too much to lose it to crime. All I'm asking is that my name just be removed from the database if the forum goes with it then unfortunately that's something that I can't help. The person on my website claims he has like three other forums anyway all on the same email address which is a fat lie, so I don't see what the problem is if he already has any other forums if you know what i mean.

Well, are you able to access the forum utilities? I have never visited them myself but maybe there is a tool for this sort of thing.
