Character Limit Empty Character Limit

Is it possible to have a character limit for posts? It's to avoid spam where a user has to type up a certain number of characters to make a post.

I know that you can change the Topics title length: by going to A-CP => General => Messages and Emails >> click on >> Configuration scroll down where you see ''Topics'' Topics title length change it there.
