Solved My Admin Panel is not working properly

I have just make a forum and when I access to Admin Panel, I can't do anything.

When I click to general (or anywhere else) I'm always redirected to Home of Admin Panel

Can anyone help me?

Try using anonymouse.org to access your site, see if that works?
