rss in posts

hey, i have a problem i see many sites with rss feeds so i decided to use it in my posts.

what i would like to do is put the rss code somewhere in my post so it updates all the time or even automatic post with the feed.

You mean rss feed of a forum?

Hmm.. Perhaps go to their RSS page, and add a link to it with an Iframe?
