Need forum login help with Visual Basic login.

I'm making a program in Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition and I'm trying to get it to loving through my forums but I can't put the php in the forums main folder or upload it as it's not a supported type of file can anyone help with VB coding and such so I can sign in with my program.
