I have sent everything is required to "Lucy" to get my new password. When will I receive it, because I need it immediately.

Yes I did. This is what I sent. Anyway the message is still in the outbox so I think I could delete and send to Typlo.

The outbox means the person hasn't opened the PM. Give him time we don't reset passwords all days. Just when we have time to come here and help.
