Hi there.....

I have had it with my forum here.....it drives me insane and I feel I have the right to kill someone!!!!
I want to move to SMF, but I have no idea how to backup the forum in such a manner that I can import it into SMF.
Now I know I sound bitter...but I really want to move....PLEASE help me...my sanity might be at stake Laughing
