Group auto-subscribe and minimum posts to get in group (BUG)

Hello.
I have created a group that needs 1 post to get auto-subscribed in so as to see hidden parts of the forum.
Everything works fine, unless u decide to delete that 1 post the user did.

Normally, the user had to get out of the group when i deleted his post, but he is still in the group being able to see the hidden forum.

Any ideas what is wrong?
