change international time to normal time?

Can i change the times from international to normal, like from 19:42 to 7:42?

That's 24-hour time

You can edit it via your profile > Preferences > time
Or to the entire bard
Admin panel >> General > Forum/configuration > Date format

Thanks, but it still hasn't changed. it says the normal time, but in the forum, it's still 24 hr time.
