How to activate "" Click to enlarge this picture "" ?

Hello,

In my forum the pictures which have large resolution doesn,t show properly but in forumotion i see this option with every picture that "" Click to Enlarge "" so that viewers can view in case of not viewing completely, so how i can activate this option that this option will be shown with each picture in my forum ?
