How do I insert spreadsheets?

Anyone know how to enter spreadsheets in comments/threads. The spreadsheets from google with tables and columns.

Oh, that means I will have to update values each time they change.

I just insert values and the "score" automatically does the math by itself, but if i use the code for table from MrMario it won't do the Math for score by itself, lol
