I can't see Gallery!

I can't see Gallery button on Navbar. But, I can see it when type the following address
http://xxxxxxxxx.7forum.net/gallery/index.htm
I tried to turn it on, you can see the images below:



Would someone please help me solve?

You can find it in: ACP\Display\Pictures and Colors\Advanced Code\Pics management\General (explorer) /Gallery icon

Now, I still cannot see my Gallery because I don't have any Gallery icon in my computer.
