Solved Last post,new post?

Hi guys,

The last post,icon doesn´t flash in my forum.I am new here and can not find the solution.
I have phpBB2.
Someone who can help me?

When someone starts one new topic or write new post, I want that icon to flash and show it.

P.s

I see those icons in:

display-picture and managment, but i dont know if is there i need to change something?
