I can change member'profile but must change their password

In Admin panel I can change member'language ( user and groups ) but I must change their password. I dont want to change member' password, only want to change their'language. Can you tell me how I can to make that

You can do that by clicking for example on their username in a post, at the bottom of that page you need to click "profile information" > "Board Language :" just choose and save
