Credit refund? Empty Credit refund?

Hello all. being pretty new to the world of forum creation I spent credits to have ads removed for 12 months for my members. I then realised I needed to stop the ads for guests as well, so spent more credits to do this, again for 12 months.

I should have clicked to stop ads for members and guests, so have spent credits to do the same thing?

Is there a way to get the credits back I spent for the stop ads for members?
