Help regarding Legends?

i just wanna ask that how can i show the new legends?
and secondly i want to add another admin beside me but his user name isn't in my group and the colour of the group isn't coming which i want?

When you make a group and want it to show follow this:
Color Group Members : Yes
Group status : Closed group (:
if you want to add someone just copy his name and click add member.

groups aren't showing...still hidden??
