Hello i have a answer can i put anime on the forum .I will translate te anime from english in romanian . And I wnat to put them and te user to lok at them . The subtitles will be made by the fans for the fans .

This is illegal, Forumotion won't allow it in any way. Unless you mean something else, You mean translate anime episodes and manga, you need to open a community "Pay Money" for this, My forum is all naruto I pay 'For the episodes'.
