How do I make forums a link to another website?

Take the URL of that site and use this code
Where TEST.com is the URL of the site and Example is what the link will say. So instead of saying Test.com, it will say Example but still go to Test.com

Thats not exactly what i meant, I meant like lets say i make a forum like "youtube" when someone clicks it, i want it to lead them to my utube accoutn

Thats What it would do, you could put your Youtube link where Test.com is and put "My Youtube Link" in for Example.
Or you could just put: https://www.youtube.com/...

A forum..like on the forum its self? If so, Where? If not, we may have our terms messed up

Basically, We have a category, then forums. Instead of a link to the forum, I want the link to be to a website, for example "Youtube.com"

Yeah, on my forum we call them threads, and inside of threads are topics. Sorry, we just use different terms.
So you have this for example:
Instead of saying General Discussion, you want it to say Youtube or close to there, with your link? I think I'm following you, but its hard with out screen shots.
