New member can't sign on with PHPBB2 Empty New member can't sign on with PHPBB2

We have new problem in phpbb2 , New member can't join to forum in phpbb2 , I change forum version in phpbb3 and problem is solve , but we have bottom problem and need to edit some theme. What reason of this problem ?

We have Farsi forum and our forum is in the arabic support. Some of word in my forum is farsi and lot of is arabic, Can U help us to have Complete Farsi forum?
We can't understand Arabic and need complete Farsi word and farsi and farsi caleneder in our forum.
Can you Help Us?
