Last Posts Formating

I want to edit the 'Last Post' formatting for a phpbb2 forum. You can see below that it is currently 3 lines and I want to make it 2 lines. However, I can not find where it is laid out in the templates.

Current layout: Post Title Post Date Poster

Desired layout: Post Title Post Date, Poster

All I can find in index_box is:

which, as far as I can tell, just calls {catrow.forumrow.LAST_POST} which is already formatted as the three lines.

What I need to find/modify is catrow.forumrow.LAST_POST which is defined somewhere else.

Perhaps it is not possible to modify this in phpbb2?
