Only 50kb!!!! Mad really? I cant get most of my gifs up and sometimes when I do they dont move??? Confused

Add some gifs in the smilies I added one but the rest of the gifs are like 400kb and I can only put in 50.... Sad also sometimes when I find some with less than 50kb it doesnt move....then I put it in a message still doesnt move....

No Sad I only was only able to put up one gif.....all the rest are 500kb, 200kb and so on....can I resize gifs? or make them myself and keep them under 50kb?
